Job Description
- Coordinate and perform Technical Support Tasks
- Assist in responding to sales inquiries by prepare selections for Sales and other Engineering Units.
- Participate in technical inquiries and clarifications.
- Participate in selection discussion with Sales and Projects departments.
- Assist in tender documents and production work orders.
- Assist in updating Company’s products list.
- Assist in department progress reports.
- Stay up-to-date with Company’s products and their specifications and upgrades.
- Assist in preparing technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
- Assist in pre-sales and after-sales support services and providing technical support back up as required when needed.
- Ensure a good satisfactory level on technical support activities.
- Communicate with other members of the technical & sales team and other technical experts.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Sc degree in Mechanical Power.
- Newly graduated /max. 2 years of experience.
- Very Good Command of English.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD proficiency.
- Knowledge of Solid Works is preferred.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to work with least supervision.
- Very good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Presentable and self-motivated.
- Team player.
- Eagerness to learn.
- Business and result oriented.
