Job Description
- Daily administration and support of ERP databases including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, authorizations and roles, customization of user-defined fields, and layout changes.
- Working with management, strategic planning & analysis staff and end-users to create and manage complex workflow rules, design, and implementation.
- Develop and create customized reports and dashboards for ERP users.
- Create and document application requirements by working together with those involved in the development of program enhancements and changes including program staff, programmers, strategic planning and analysis staff and/or outside consultants as needed.
- Manage the software testing process, which includes devising test plans, creating test cases, establishing protocols and appropriate testing environments and coordinating actual software testing.
- Keeping abreast of new ERP features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements.
- Train new and existing users on how to use applications and integrated systems.
- Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements.
- Provide application users with technical support.
- Logging and tracking identified system problems through resolution; Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users
- Working with other teams to maintain and improve compliance with data between ERP systems and other internal systems.
- Assess business operations and processes of assigned office or business unit to understand procedures, information flows and handoffs, decisions, communications pathways and the like.
- Participate in meetings and projects with client staff, project managers, and developers to automate, upgrade, or expand applications that accomplish business operations of assigned work unit(s).
- Create, design, and format technical specification documentation including architecture diagrams, process flows, and other information or processes needed to describe required system changes for development, QA, and other internal customers.
- May provide support to applications in production by tracking production problems and troubleshooting them to sustain application in production.
- Develop queries, analyses, or reports from applications for operations or management staff of assigned business unit(s).
- Provide guidance or technical supervision to less experienced staff performing similar functions.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred
Experience
- Previous experience : 2+ years as an ERP administrator
- Preferred who’s work at same field "FMCG"
