About the Job

As Front Desk & Office Administrator, you will be responsible to provide support in a variety of capacities which may include: administrative assistant; mail, and messenger services and communication systems (such as telephone, fax transmissions systems, etc.)

About the job

As a Front Desk & Office Administrator, you will be doing the following activities:

Reception Functions

  • Answer incoming calls and handle caller inquiries, direct calls and take adequate messages, greet, assist and directs visitors and requests to appropriate staff members; to meet visitors with flexibility and professionalism.
  • Office support services receive, direct and relay telephones, pick up and receive emails.

Office Administration Functions:

  • Courier delivery & pick up.
  • Monitoring the use of supplies and equipment.
  • Managing office facilities.

Job Requirements

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree.
  • Languages required: Excellent Arabic & English – spoken, written and reading.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar Admin role.
  • Computer skills: Excellent competency in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint.
