Job Description
- Provide support to project manager.
- Prepare, Coordinate, review and assess documents for entire contract submittals.
- Ensure all contract works in compliance with contract documents.
- Prepare documents for all administrative works that include processing and reviewing of progress payments for contractors.
- Review project design submittals and ensure forms as per existing standards.
- Coordinate between documents of consultants, contractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
- Manage and submit all reviewed contract document to contract administrators for further approval.
- Prepare project records given from site engineer with details such as field progress, field conditions, equipment use and corrective actions.
- Prepare monthly report on progress of assigned project with assistance of manager.
- Make sure of archiving adequately.
