Job Description
Process Design
- Implement process that consists of a formalized set of tasks and activities on IT Service Manager.
- Gather data across different IT areas.
- Recognize opportunities for process innovation
- Remove technical and cultural barriers to process-focused management
- Propose new process innovation to achieve the cultural shift required to help the organization embrace a new innovation typically takes an individual with plenty of resolve.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
- Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Day-to-day management
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work
Compliance
- Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
Job Requirements
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer science or its equivalent.
- Exceeding 3 years of experience in IT field.
Skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Certified ITIL Foundation.
- ITSM (Service Manager) Administrator.
