Innovation Lab Officer

To support all the innovation lab joint research activities involving existing employees, university students, fresh graduates to turn the results of basic research, innovation ideas into a marketable products and services to support the bank’s strategy in gaining an edge over a challenging market resulting in increasing market share and rates of growth.

Description

• Develop reports on the different innovative ideas generated by the entrepreneurs that has potential to generate business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationship with relevant stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of all new ideas in a timely manner
• Implement the set communication approach used with all relevant stakeholders to ensure conveying a clear vision of the innovation lab and promoting its projects
• Support the testing of all new concepts and ideas developed by the innovation team partners to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the product / service outlook and features
• Support the managing and implementation of applying and obtaining all relevant approvals from concerned parties to launch the innovative projects/concepts to ensure effective finalization

Policies, Processes, and Procedures

• Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

Day to Day Operations

• Follow the day to day operations related to own jobs in the Digital Innovation department to ensure continuity of work

Compliance

• Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
