Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Directing the creative efforts of design function including all members of design teams.
- Identifying and solving design teams major problems and issues.
- Produces art layouts by developing art concepts; providing work direction to staff.
- Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of media.
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines.
- Collaborate with other managers and functions within the organization to deliver a superior and high quality design services.
- Responsible for all creative artwork / designs delivered from his function.
- Monitor and overlook the work of design teams managers.
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of experience working with advertising agencies.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines.
- Being a strategic thinker who is full of on-brief creative ideas.
- Solid Hands-on experience with color, layout design, print production, image selection.
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well.
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
