Job Description
- Create different digital content for social media and whatever required in English and Arabic language.
- Take the full account responsibility starting from creating strategies, preparing content, posting and preparing reports٫
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of client’s social content.
- Organize and coordinate the content life cycle between social media and graphic designers, and engages other business partners in the implementation of these activities.
- Ensure that all information broadcast on social media channels, across all brand pages, complies with brand image requirements and is safe for public disclosure.
- Day-to-day development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussion.
- Using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations and report on metrics
- Conduct, gather, and analyze market research to determine social media opportunities.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, technologies, platforms and strategies to determine approaches that best support our customer segments.
- Manage the moderators to manage social channels (outside normal business hours for crisis management, customer care and potential escalations.
- Ensure processes are regularly updated, optimized and communicated.
- Collaborate with the digital media team in brainstorming, delivering new ideas, new trends and concepts on social media channels.
- Support launching digital campaigns over (Facebook and Instagram) and other channels when required.
