Job Description
- Follow up Merchandisers team.
- Participate in Company events planning.
- Follow up the delivery activities (offers, Designs and POP materials).
- Follow up his/her Merchandisers activities and set merchandisers routes based on Marketing Plan.
- Provide daily reports and suggesting corrective actions to the sales team.
- Provide data for Supervisor monthly reports (price & competitors analysis).
- Work on having efficient team spirit and maintain it.
- Provide Training and orientation for the new Merchandiser, and proper directing for existing one.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Competitor updates / market screening and scanning
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL:
- BA degree in Marketing or equivalent certification
- 2-4 years of work experience – 2 years preferably in FMCG
- Good Command of English language.
- Good MS office usage.
