Job Description
- Managing Supervisors teams within his assigned area
- Participate in events planning.
- Manage the delivery activities (offers, Designs and POP materials)
- Supervise on Marketing Plan.
- Follow up his/her teams activities and review merchandisers routes based on Marketing Plan.
- Provide daily reports and suggesting corrective actions to the sales team.
- Responsible for reviewing Supervisor monthly reports (price & competitors analysis)
- Work on having efficient and friendly team spirit.
- Provide Training and orientation for the new Merchandiser, and proper directing for existing one.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILL:
- BA degree in Marketing or equivalent certification
- 3-6 years of work experience – 3 years preferably in FMCG
- Good Command of English language.
- Good MS office usage.
