Job Description
- Participate in planning the urban of new projects , till reaching the Governmental ministerial decree.
- Preform a redevelopment study to the Land use of projects to maximize the revenue in relation with the client satisfaction.
- Work as a client representative with consultants , from the Conceptual design phase till the issue for construction documents & Tendering process.
- Develop in house projects as Conceptual design & preliminary Schematic drawings .
- Design architectural concepts & Proposals for residential & retail Buildings .
- Create Studies to Developing land uses with a relationship between the revenue and fees of changing.
- Managing urban & architectural design solutions to the problems might occur with the customers through the construction process.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. Degree in Architecture Engineering
- Experience in similar role with Real Estate Developer is a plus.
- 2 to 4 years experience in Architectural design jobs.
