Job Description
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquiries.
- Build customer’s interest in the services and products offered by the company
- Update the existing databases (Oracle – Avaya) with changes and the status of each customer.
- Analyze the various parts of a problem properly and develop logical solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
Job Requirements
- University Degree.
- 0 to 3 years of experience.
- Male or Female.
- Strong verbal communication skills over the phone.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good command of English.
- Proficient with Microsoft office.
- Preferably residents of 6th October City and Giza neighborhoods.
