Job Description
Main Duties:
- Handling the daily accounting at site including, petty cash, checking of contractors/suppliers bills.
- Do all necessary accounting entries correctly in a timely manner as per the company policy.
- Handle and monitor site payments & expenses and reporting it to the financial department.
- Monitor and handle vendors and suppliers payments and reporting it to the financial department.
- Creating regular reports to assist financial department for timely budget completion.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Assist with other accounting tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Candidate should be from Alidwah - Minya
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Experience 2 :3 Years In the same Position
- Good command of English.
- Good command of Ms Office package (excellent excel user) and other related programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ERP System user
- Excellent knowledge experience in Egypt Tax rules & regulations.
- Good team player, positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
