Job Description
- We are seeking for professional Pre-Sales Manager with in-depth experience gained in all rounded system integration solutions. The successful candidate should have good grasp on pre-sales projects methodologies, and have excellent client management as well as partner/vendor management skills. This is a highly networked role that requires an ability to work under pressure and to meet challenging deadlines. It will require strong client management skills, good testing know how in a dynamic sales environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and direct a team of pre-sales engineers
- Support Sales team and build relationships with clients and partners
- Solicit information to analyze and prepare a feasible strategy and solution.
- Review the proposed solutions to assure that the developed proposals covering costing and resources
- Presents solutions to C management levels
- Provides assessments and compiling inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, procurement, legal and delivery.
- Preparing the technical and commercial aspects of the proposal, ensuring all services are included in the final price to the customer.
- Risk tracking and management throughout the proposal process.
- Contributing to the written proposal – both in terms of content and presentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in communication or computer science
- Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Pre-sales engineer 3 of which as a pre-sales manager in system integration or IT service field.
- Extensive consultative selling skills
- Ability to understand clients’ business requirements, good interpersonal skill to engage on client (executive level) interactions
- Ability to provide end-to-end ownership on the entire presales process – working with various teams (finance, procurement, vendors) put together proposal, value proposition and Win Strategy
- Thought Leadership – convert our understanding on client’s business needs and share them internally so as to continuously improve our service offerings & delivery capabilities.
- Acquired System Integration knowledge and experience (lead role) on large complex projects in the past
- Strong presentation skills and ability to manage/facilitate client’s discussion during Bid Orals
- Good team player
- Dell EMC Certified is a Plus

- Excellent command of English (both Writing & Speaking)
