Job Description
- Prepare and review medical layouts.
- Prepare and review room by room list.
- Prepare and review room requirements layouts (Room data sheets).
- Prepare and review medical equipment and furniture BOQs.
- Prepare and review technical specifications for medical equipment and furniture.
- Perform a technical evaluation of equipment and furniture proposals.
- Provide cost estimates for medical equipment and furniture.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with related international guidelines such as VA, FGI, IHFG, HAAD, and AIA.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, and Ms Excel.
- Knowledge of visual basic and other programming languages is a plus.
