Job Description
- Provide customers with ongoing technical support to resolve any issues.
- Provide Assistance to service providers helping maintain high provider satisfaction
- Maintain operations cycle by ensuring customer requests are properly tracked and completed efficiently.
- Follow proper escalation protocol to ensure all issues are resolved in timely manner
- Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of our services to consumers.
Job Requirements
- 0-1 customer service or operations experience (Preferably in start-up environment)
- Strong problem solving and research skills.
- Ability to work in shifts
- Good Communications skills and ability to work within a team.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Priority to hiring will be for fresh graduates and senior students.
