Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help the sales team determine which opportunities to pursue and how much effort and time to spend on clients
- Forecasting and predicting sales and sales goals for the organization and sales team.
- The ability to accurately forecast sales and set targets and meet targets and keeping sales reps motivated.
- Creating, monitoring, and adjusting sales strategies based on what you are selling and to whom you are selling.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration - 10+ years' of sales experience especially in the machinery industry.
- Sense of Commitment
