Job Purpose:
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Controls the quality of all work prepared by IT contractors.
- Maintains records of work progress and liaises with other engineers.
- Directs, organizes and controls the IT activities.
- Brings significant information to the attention of concerned Management with own recommendations, or adjust own operations, methods and policies where indicated.
- Establishes standards and procedures for work of housekeeping staff.

LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluent in Arabic and English spoken / written
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
- Bachelor of Computer Science
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Information Technology/Help Desk
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Troubleshooting skills
- Customer Service skills
- Strong Technical aptitude
- Knowledge of Linux and some Networking is a must

- Strong understanding of risk management
- Planning, organization, and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
- Good communication skills with external clients and internal teams
