Job Description

  • Desktop support with troubleshooting day to day user issues related to windows applications/ mobile ect.
  • Managing the LAN and WAN and working very closely with ISP to ensure uptime of the connectivity.
  • Handling various laptop / desktop hardware issues and fixing it properly. Ensure the network security policies are applied correctly and work along with central IT Team to ensure this. Proper Antivirus and windows patch updates are applied for all devices. Configuring and maintaining LAN enabled devices like printers / MFP ect. Ensure proper WiFi solution is deployed across the offices. Managing all IT assets and ensure it’s up keeping.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in the IT field preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Good English spoken and written
