Position Overview:
As a Mailer, you will play a crucial role in managing and distributing mail within our organization. Your responsibilities will include sorting e-mails, preparing outgoing e-mail, and ensuring an organized database. Additionally, you’ll be involved in data analysis and data entry tasks. Proficiency in Google Sheets is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Sort Incoming E-mail:
- Receive and sort incoming mail by department, location, and category (e.g., bills, notices, personal correspondence).
- Outgoing E-mail:
- Send out marketing emails
- Data Analysis:
- Extract insights from data to inform decision-making.
- Data Entry:
- Enter relevant information into databases or spreadsheets.
- Maintain accurate records of mail sent and received.
- Google Sheets Expertise:
- Utilize Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets as needed.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven Experience:
- Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or a similar role
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Attention to Detail:
- Well-organized with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent email.
- Communication Skills:
- Effective communication and literacy skills.
- Fluency in English
Additional Information:
- Work Remotely
- Fixed shifts (Monday-Saturday, 1pm to 10pm)
- Net Salary: 12,000 EGP/Month
