Job Description
You will work in an environment full of energy and we will provide you with the training that you need, you will be responsible for:
- Determining clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value, and perform analysis to estimate brokers work.
- Intermediate negotiation processes and closing deals.
- Attend meetings, events, and perform cold calls.
- Prepare the necessary report (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Display and market the real property to possible buyers.
Job Requirements
- Owing a car is a MUST.
- Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson at least 2 years.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- MS Office familiarity (Excel).
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Graduate from a private university is a plus.
