Job Description
- Responsible for assisting PSR’s in all governorates in all administration duties as inspections , delivering invoices , assisting in collection
- Assisting PSR’s in purchasing tender specification booklet that related to tenders & auctions
- Attending & finalize tender process till technical committee decision
- Responsible for finalizing the legal contract process between EG & customers
- Responsible for preparing catalogs that required for tenders & offering price.
- Responsible for assisting PSR’s to deliver their expenses to financial department to be settled
- Responsible to photocopy all document needed to assist sales team to prepare tender offer proposal.
- Deliver Tender envelope to customers
- Buy tender note for concerned line
- Buy the local tickets and the needed materials for the sales team
- Deliver the payment of the conference participation
- Receive and deliver the documents needed for the sales operation from or to the customers and third parties.
- Fulfill the documents needed for custom departments
- Follow L/G either primary or permanent with line manager.
- Deliver life saving product in emergency cases
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Excellent Selling skills.
- Good command in MS Office applications especially database
- Good command of English Language (Written/Spoken)
- Preferably 0-1 year experience in the same/similar industry/Lines,Originating from Sales Management backgrounds
