Execute new and existing brand strategies in email, web and print.
Develop and maintain clear brand guidelines and ensure all creative deliverables have a consistent look and feel that is brand appropriate.
Problem-solve and take design feedback from internal stakeholders while maintaining a creative point of view and consistency.
Manage, plan and work with the team to execute all creative projects including daily emails, site banners, digital ads, posters, flyers and various print collateral.
Partner with the Art Director to translate project requests into conceptual ideas and execute a winning creative direction.
Manage creative updates on website including homepage placements, marketing banners, products, widgets and any new pages, updates or features.
Execute all mobile site creative updates and changes including updating site with new imagery and creating wireframes for agency to follow for any new pages, updates or optimizations.
Work closely with the Art Director on printed pieces to develop design concepts and execute layouts.
Responsibilities:
Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job.

Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose.
Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design.
Using innovation to redefine a design brief within time and cost constraints.
Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to clients or account managers.
Working with a range of media, including computer-aided design (CAD), and keeping up to date with emerging technologies.
Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work.
Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
Commissioning illustrators and photographers.
Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.
