Job Description
- This position is accountable for the promotion and prescription of a broad range of products & solutions to all the key players, namely consultants, Developers & contractors, in target market segments and follow up project sales team.
- Understands the specifies application needs & provides the relevant solution from our portfolio. Educates stakeholders & specifies on our portfolio value proposition & competitive edge to make sure that our ranges are registered & approved at all the key segment specifies.
Tasks:
- Follow up and handle project sales team.
- Responsible of achieving sales target.
- Coordinate between project sales team and other different departments.
- Participate in management and planning processes designed to develop long-range strategies, annual objectives, tactics, and operating plans.
- Develop and cultivates relationships with all major accounts.
- Generate, communicate, secure approval, implement and administer sales policies for the assigned sales channel.
- Prepares booking, revenue, margin and net profit forecasts and the annual sales plan.
- Manages programs, which will identify and develop new markets for the company’s products and services.
- Engage in negotiations with target customers to introduce the company range and enlist their acceptance and support.
- Study projects in the different market segments (Buildings, urban development, infrastructure) by analyzing consultant’s SLD’s and specifications.
- Assist the Technical office management in sizing the market and in growing the pipeline of business through his market intelligence and strategic contacts at the specifies.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience within sales (6 years minimum).
- Knowledgeable in using Auto CAD.
- Knowledgeable in using competitor’s catalogs and design tools.
- Good knowledge with low voltage panels and components.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Well organized, sets priorities and focuses on the high-leverage ones, consistently maintains focus on delivery during periods of uncertainty & extreme pressure.
- Uses relationships effectively, internal & external, to deliver target results in all situations. Is able to master political relationships at the customer in order to advance sales pursuits and win business.
