Job Description
- Manage the staff including teachers, helpers, cleaners and security
- Maintain the daily, weekly and monthly internal plan
- Monitor the operation daily
- Solve parents complain and answer their inquiries
- Handel parents phone calls
- Maintain kids safety in all touch points
- Monitor operation floor on a daily basis
- Handel orientations
- Handle financial issues with parents
- Show high punctuality to be a role model for her staff
Job Requirements
Maadi resident is highly preferable
- Female is a must
- Should work in a similar managerial position before
- Manage the staff and should have experience in people management
- Excellent computer skills to finalize daily reports is a must
- Should be presentable with excellent fluent English and French is plus
