About the Job
  • Responsible for handling the inbound and outbound sales and non-sales calls (Mostly outbound to interested potential clients or existing clients).
  • Explain new/existing projects of their interest and setting appointments with the customers in Company's branches.
  • Follow up on leads received through the different sales channels.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Meeting clients and finding solutions for their problems.
  • Handling Branches Customer Service requests.
  • Handling complaints/inquires and financial requests and reporting them to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a Client Facing role. (Customer Service, Client Relations, ...)
  • Excellent English language is a must
  • Excellent Communication & Problem Solving skills
