Getting the real numbers and figures of the Market all over the world to ensure targeting the right customers, searching for potentials that help the stakeholders to achieve their targets
Responsible to funnel all data into the company
- Finding trends in the international market as well as the supply in the national market
- Working to find interests of different countries and regions in travel and products in order to increase the conversion and the targeting of our marketing efforts
- Scan eCommerce websites for hot products and services
- Suggesting a target price for the top selling products and services according to online research
- Understanding customers sentiment on review websites all over the world
- Getting information of key suppliers and importers from all over the world
- Suggesting new markets to enter and new supply to export
Job Requirements
Technical Knowledge:
- Proven ability run a customer support team and system.
- Understanding of market research techniques.
- Understands how to use the tools of market research.
- Ability to contact market research external companies in order to get the latest reports and insights.
Personal (Soft) Skills:
- Should be willing to work in smart village 6th of October
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- The ability to motivate and lead a team
- The initiative, drive and enthusiasm

Educational/Professional Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Relevant Years of experience
- Years of experience: 10 years
- Minimum of 10 years in the customer service and support field.
- Minimum of 3 years in a managerial position providing coaching and training to agents.
