Job Description
Contract Management responsibilities:
- Ownership of Bidding, tendering and contract management process; includes; Open and limited tenders
- Prepare all related tenders documentary; either technical or commercial, terms and conditions, letters of guarantees.
- Draft and manage the tender's brochures and proposal.
- Coordinate with consultants for technical issues
- Develop list of accredited suppliers.
- Analyse commissioning and manage negotiation
- Follow up on work progress
- Approve payments for suppliers till job closure
- Ensure following the company policies and procedures
Procurement responsibilities:
- Handle all purchasing requisitions received from the Operations' department
- Ensure following the company policy in executing all requests
- Maintain solid and fruitful relationships with the suppliers
Job Requirements
- 15 years of experience
- Proven track record in working with different types of tenders and bidding
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture)
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Planning & Organizing skills
