Main Duties:
- Keep the books of a few small businesses and individuals in Egpyt & United Kingdom. Fluent spoken English language is the most important thing.
- Job role requires the person to understand in the balance sheets and profit and losses of a property company and renting property as a landlord.
- There will be a number of bank accounts to be managed and payments checked, invoices to be matched and expenses recorded.
- The person applying ideally should have experience with managing property accounts in Egypt before, but not required
- Secondly, the role requires someone to manage the administration of this
- Egyptian company's accounts, ensuring compliancy, tax, invoice payments, bank administration responsiblity and relationships with outside council from accountancy or lawyers.
- I am looking for someone I can trust to the important financial matters of my commercial affairs in Egypt and United Kingdom.
- Work typically will range from the following;
- Compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions
- Standard journal entries
- Analyze daily banking transactions and journal entries
- Reconcile sub-ledger accounts (such as inventory).
- Payroll reconciliation
- Prepare monthly sales reports into excel spread sheet for analysis
- Verify and reconcile contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
- Monitor compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures.
- Reviews, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Compute taxes owed, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
- Improve businesses efficiency where money is concerned
- Make best-practices recommendations to management
- Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits
- Provide auditing services for businesses and individuals
- Manage all accounting operations based on accounting principles
- Conduct month-end and year-end close process
- Collect, analyze, and summarize account information
- Develop periodic reports for management
- Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures
- Keep up with financial policies, regulation, and legislation
- Categorize & analyze daily expenses
- Enter the revenue invoices per customer
- Perform accounting functions to assist in generate financial analysis of business as well as month end close responsibilities.

- Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances.
