Job Description
- Setting up the methodology, policies and procedures necessary for ensuring the best way for managing the Quality Assurance division and meteorological lab have the experience to manage and secure iso 9000, 22000 certificate and audits.
- Participates in the studies and researches related to design, development, machine evaluation, and company products to improve the quality Plans and follow-up the quality system for the company is operation to ensure company quality standard
- Prepares the budget for the quality division Issues the instructions and documents necessary to ensure the implementation of the quality system fully understand for quality KPIs and be presented monthly in company steering committee meeting.
- Identify the training requirements of employees within his division and ensure implementation of agreed upon plans
- To utilize all available resources of the company, to keep the quality and productivity of his function, through proper communication, collaboration and counseling
- To plan for improvement and development of division facilities through justified capital expenditure.
Job Requirements
- Have innovation funnel background to be capable for design product formulation and materials function.
- At least 5-7 years working experience in the quality field, 5 years of which must be in the position of Quality Manager in FMCG industries
- B.Sc. chemistry
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Training courses in Quality system
- Strong character with leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong command of techno economical analysis for production and products.
