Job Description
- Required for a Real State company (Site Engineer) experience in the field of constructions not less than 8 - 15 years.
- Plan and implement finishing works plan according to project
- standards, quality plan & project schedule .
- Analyze, control and implement the timelines of the project in terms of quality, cost and time.
- Handle all the civil and related services such as Electrical & Plumbing works from the initial to the final stage..
- Follow-up of site deliveries and match the required on the existing (designs-elc…).
- Follow up the implementation of the existing and the extent of their conformity engineering.
- Daily receipt of the site with inventory and follow up.
Job Requirements
- Males Only.
- Bachelor Architecture.
- Experience not less than 8 - 15 years.
- Preferably lives nearest to October and Shiekh Zayed.
- Fixed salary.
- Working hours from 9 - 5 pm.
- Candidate must have the ability to work under pressure.
- Must have a car.
