Job Description
- Reviews the annual marketing budget plan for all agricultural machineries and spare parts.
- Accordingly prepares the annual marketing budget.
- Ensures alignment with the company’s vision and strategies, and obtains approval from his direct managers.
- Prepares the policies & procedures manual for company marketing and sales department, and ensures staff compliance.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and Implement sales programs & compensation. for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Identifies, develops, and evaluates the Sales strategy for all agricultural products.
- Develops Company corporate identity and maintains it by unifying the branding and positioning of the company image across all departments to ensure the internal & external projection of the company’s value proposition.
- Monitors the adherence of company’s employees to the company identity guidelines.
- Assesses competition data and uses it to identify areas for improvement, incorporating the required changes for company marketing programs.
- Prepares the marketing and sales events’ plans (i.e. trade shows events etc..)
Job Requirements
Education/Training:
- BA in Engineering, Business Administration. An advanced degree as an MBA is an asset
Previous Experience:
- 3-5 years of Experience in similar position in reputable agricultural or Engineering industry.
