Job Description
- Understanding Business needs through meetings with stakeholders and users and creating organization policies and procedures.
- Providing process analysis services, either as a stand-alone piece of work or as part of a project.
- By documenting and analyzing business processes, informed decisions can be made on improving them.
- Work closely with the business to identify and analyses core business processes and workflows.
- Design and develop process flow charts.
- Documentation of process.
- Design and establish internal forms, templates.
- Deep dive into each aspect of the process to identify problems or errors. Undertake data gathering.
- Monitor the process at every stage.
- Check if any process improvement exercise could be undertaken to save costs and resources and improve the quality of the output.
- Be abreast of latest technological breakthrough that could be implemented in the existing process.
- Find and suggest alternative or new processes that could replace the existing one.
- Maintain proper documentation related to the process.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Administration/Finance
- Presentation skills required ability to tailor message to suit the level of the audience.
- Professional computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
