Job Description
Role:
- Support and maintain existing customer solutions
- Problem Solve and Troubleshoot
- Handle the necessary application customization (data reports)
Responsibilities:
- Providing technical and functional expertise to both client and Support Manager
- Configuring and programming new functionality into software solutions.
- Estimating required workload for customization of additional features requested by the client
- Focus on client satisfaction by developing a relationship of confidence with clients
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
Job Requirements
- 3-5 yrs of experience in configuring and customization of mature applications
- Microsoft environments
- Strong knowledge of database applications .
- Strong Knowledge of SQL Server (Administration , Query scripting)
- Strong knowledge of designing data reports with reporting tools.
- Structured & iterative development methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML, Jscript, CSS, and Web 2.0 technologies
- Some experience with one or more of the following languages: .Net, C#
- Very good level of written/spoken business English
- Self-motivated team player with strong inter-personal skills
- Four year degree in related field (Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, etc.) preferred
