About the Job
  • Presenting ProGATE products to existing customers & attract new customers.
  • Provide full & accurate information about ProGATE properties/ products to the customers.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on products offered.
  • Constant communication with customers, good handling & delivering of products in the best way.
  • Generating list of properties/ products that compatible with customers’ needs.
  • Clarify the terms of agreement and close sales deals.
  • Handle negotiations with customers regarding ProGATE products.
  • Handling & answering all customers inquires & comments in a professional way and exceed sales calls.
  • Follow up the payment collection to the customers.
  • Maintain customer records using automated system.
  • Submit all required reports to the Sales Team leader
  • Assist customers in making product selection based on customers’ needs & products specifications.
