Job Description

  • In charge of all administrative duties for the Primary section including but not limited to managing report systems, records, school website, student documents, parent letters, and schedules.
  • Planning events for the Primary section.
  • Being the main communication link between the parents and the school.
  • Problem-solving student issues and management of a disciplinary system.

Job Requirements

Education:

  • A University Degree in any field is required.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or project management position.

Language Requirements:

  • Fluency in spoken & written English is a must.

  • Attentive to details
  • Good at planning and organizing
  • Empathetic and sociable
  • Highly diplomatic
  • Skilled in identifying problems and brainstorming potential solutions
