Job Description
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction
- Support daily problems request's through the help disk telephone, emails, ticketing system
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Support central printer and photo copier’s equipment operation
- Support Client SW / HW , Drivers Setup and modification
- Support and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the PC’s, Laptops …)
- Ensure each workstation has a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, and any additional specialized equipment
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all IT equipment.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree qualification like bachelor of Computer Science or Information Systems Or equivalent
2-5 year of relevant and good experience at the following specific skills:
- IT Technical assistance and support.
- Computer hardware, software and PC configuration and troubleshooting
- Have a good command of English.
- Have a good skills' for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Quick understanding and identifying technical problems from customers.
- Fast learning and delivering the required tasks in the proper time.
