Job Description
- Responsible for managing the P & L and driving sales for the store
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
- Propose innovative ideas to increase market share
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Work well under pressure and with deadlines; significant experience in retail business; strong leadership, interpersonal, management, customer service, and multitasking skills
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Should be Well Versed with Inventory Management.
- Additional store manager duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Very good in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum of 3- 5 Years experience in same position as a store manager
- Very good Knowledge of retail processes and retail industry
- Management of P & L awareness
- Very good Knowledge of Merchandising, Stock Management and Inventory processes
