Job Description
Sales Supervisor is needed for Prime Home.
- Manages & supervises the Sales Team and sets the sales targets for them.
- Work with sales team when closing sales.
- Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules.
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives.
- Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals.
- Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Geographically distributes the products after analyzing the market needs.
- Follow up achieving the sales targets with the sales representatives and providing constant coaching.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Males Only
- Proven 3 to 5 experience in Sales in the home appliances field.
- Excellent Communication & Leadership skills
- Excellent Strategic Management & Selling Skills
