Job Description
- Tests production and equipment for conforming to established standards, and assists in formulating calibration standard.
- Maintain laboratory and quality management systems.
- Prepare laboratory documentation (calibration procedures, operating procedures, quality procedure, analysis spreadsheets, reference documents, and others).
- Obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales opportunities.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Resolves customer complains by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; establishing personal networks.
- Responsible for collection of samples & follow up the payment of outstanding invoices.
