Job Description
Contract Management responsibilities:
- Drive the creation of the commercial strategy
- Manage and evaluate the tenders effectively and consistently
- Ensure conversion of the commercial strategy, into proposals
- Drive the drafting, negotiation and finalization of the contract
- Ensure Contract Sign off and Handover
- Develop & drive the planning and execution of Contract Governance
- Drive Contract verification, Finalization & closure
Procurement responsibilities:
- Handle all purchasing requisitions received from the Operations' department
- Ensure following the company policy in executing all requests
- Maintain solid and fruitful relationships with the suppliers
Job Requirements
- 15 years of experience
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Planning & Organizing skills
