Quality Control Representative

Main Duties:

• Quality control representatives develop and coordinate special activities to meet and maintain quality standards and reliability of products and that to create transparency between organization and customers.
• Ensure the sale process of our products fits the purpose and meets the customer expectations and legal compliance
• Conduct Quality control call to all submitted new business on a daily basis to ensure clients understanding and acceptance of our products.
• Ensure the presales process are up to the standards required by the company.
• Initial screening to application to verify submitted documents.
• Retain business by reporting clients disputes and escalating to sales manager/ heads in order to regain customers satisfactions/ loss business.
• Report quality feedback for business managers for required actions.
