Job Description
- Ensure that all production processes are done correctly and do not affect product quality negatively
- Ensure that the final product is inspected according to the customer specifications.
- Ensure that dealing with rejections is done in a way that ensures that they do not reach the customer.
- Documentation of non-conforming processes and working with the person responsible for non-conformity to identify the reasons and methods of treatment
- Taking precautionary measures with the person responsible for non-conformity to be repeated
- Encourage quality workers to participate in continuous improvement and presentation of ideas and innovation.
- To contribute to the application of occupational safety and health standards.
- Coordinating with the Technical Department in the application of standard specifications on parts and manufactured products.
- Implementing plans that serve the objectives of quality
- Inspection of complaints of quality monitors during the inspection of products
- Interaction with production management to discuss solutions that prevent the emergence of problems later
- Measuring the performance of employees and their evaluation
- Participation in the development of training plans for quality management personnel
- Ensure the implementation of the calibration plan for equipment and measuring devices.
- Identify the production problems that appear during the work and explain the reasons and develop plans to resolve and not repeat.
- Reporting daily to the Director of Quality Management.
- Tasks performed periodically (weekly - monthly - quarterly - semi-annual - annual).
- Working to raise the level of quality control and analysis team
- Teamwork with all departments
- Working towards achieving the objectives of management
- Participate in the formulation of the main objectives and plans of management
- Measuring the achievement of management objectives through the Score Card model
- Participation with the Director of the Department in the development of the annual plan for training individuals
- Develop an action plan if the monthly goals are not met
- The distribution of tasks to the team in order to ensure the achievement of the process of production in all sections to achieve the required quality.
- Participate with the director of the administration in the development of quality control system (Quality Control System) for all production processes
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering
- Experience: minimum 5 years of experience
- Minitab is preferred
