Job Description

  • Describing the nature & importance of the event in details to various prospects to encourage them to participate.
  • Develop strategies to encourage new contributions.
  • Develop and maintain media contact lists.
  • Contact pharmaceutical & medical companies for finalizing sponsorship deals & all related paper work.
  • Recruit sponsors or volunteers for fundraising events.
  • Identify and build relationships with potential sponsors.
  • Contact corporate representatives, government officials, or community leaders to increase awareness of organizational causes, activities, or needs.
  • Cooperate with operations & marketing department for materials required such as posters, Web sites, or newsletters to promote, market, or advertise fundraising events to sponsors.
  • Establish fundraising or participation goals for special events or specified time periods.
  • Develop fundraising plans that maximize participation.
  • Write speeches, press releases, or other promotional materials to increase awareness of the causes, missions, or goals of organizations seeking funds.
  • Ensure that sponsors requirements are met in events printing materials & solve any occurring problem on site related to exhibitors / sponsors.

Job Requirements

  • Very Good English language (Spoken & written)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Experience in Fundraising is a must
