Job Description
- Receive and review purchase invoice delivered from supplier.
- Responsible for supervising the accounts Payable Operation.
- Review warehouse entries.
- Responsible for preparing journal entries of general accounting.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
- Follow up the collections.
- Assist in preparing monthly Balance sheets.
- Reviewing Customer Accounts.
- Enter the invoices on system.
- Manage the customers report on the monthly basis.
- Assist in preparing Trial Balance.
- Member in the committee for physical count.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field of accounting.
- Fluency in English ( Written and spoken ) is a must.
- High ethical standards and professionalism
- Ability to interact well with others
- Lives in 6 of October or any of its surroundings.
- No more than 30 years of age.
- Males are preferable .
