Job Description
Tasks:
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications using NETMVC structure.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
- Integrate data storage solutions using MS SQL SERVER 2012 or above, and understanding the process of key-value stores, blob stores, storage procedure etc.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and device solutions to mitigate and address these issues
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
- Provide leadership for and manage daily activity of the .net Development team.
- Mentors the development team and help to grow and evolve their technical skills.
- Researches and proposes new technologies and processes that can be utilized by the team.
- Manage the project process and operations by establish project development and action plans.
- Work with the Human resource manager on recruiting the best IT team for the projects.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of .NET web framework NetMVC, and Java.
- Proficient in C#, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Ability to deal and manage the team with Agile principle management team.
- Skill for writing reusable libraries.
- Familiar with various design and architectural patterns.
- Knowledge of concurrency patterns.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server version 2012 or above.
- Experience with popular web application frameworks like ajax, xml requests.
- Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code.
- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application.
- Experience of creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Experience implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning such as Git, SVN, etc.
