Job Description
- Consult with line management and provide daily guidance.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention monitor and report all related HR issues and succession planning.
- Go to market to observe, cooperate, coordinate and report their market activities.
- As key leaders in HR, play a key role in setting the new standard for HR and helping to reshape, drive and establish the HR model and culture moving forward.
- Help develop and coordinate the realization of the road map and strategy for and implementing human capital programs and initiatives.
- Assess sales role performance effectiveness from a macro view and provide suggestions on how to improve the appropriate coaching, training and mentoring activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, organizational develop or a related field
- 5 - 6 years of experience.
- Proven work experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Female.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent people management skills.
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
