Job Description
- Managing purchasing requests and preparing it as per procedures.
- Coordinate with supplier/ material vendors for the quotations, term of payment and negotiation
- Dealing with Suppliers to obtain best value, monitor quality, review performance, build relationships and seek new sources of supply when appropriate.
- Tracks order acknowledgment, prepares and communicates shortage and backlog reports, and provides visibility of potential interruptions to direct manager
- Record and update purchasing document on ERP System
