Job Description
- Tests, calibrates, and repairs electrical, mechanical, temperature, and Pressure instruments and equipment for conformance to established standards, and assists in formulating calibration standard.
- Plans sequence of testing and calibration procedures for instruments and equipment, according to technical manuals, and other specifications.
- Disassembles instruments and equipment, using hand-tools, and inspects components for defects.
- Maintain laboratory and quality management systems.
- Prepare laboratory documentation (calibration procedures, operating procedures, quality procedure, analysis spreadsheets, reference documents, and others).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or Calibration/Metrology related discipline.
- Ability to work to a high standard with minimum supervision.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and to project gateway requirements.
- At least 2-3 years calibration experience or Metrology Experience.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
