Job Description
Looking for a telesales representative to reach out to potential business clients for TRUKTO company over the phone with the following roles:
- Contact potential or existing customers to brief them about company's Product.
- Answer questions about company's product.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Direct prospects for the field sales team when needed.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Job Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of experience
- Good English language.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Perfect knowledge of computer programs especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
